Holiday ride

That's what it felt like.  

Missing the storm the other week means it feels like we've had the most amazing 2019 in weather terms. Rich managed work, the decorator and the dog (no mean feat) while I sauntered off on my bike. Lucky me!  

I even took my legs off an hour from home to encourage the stripes. Not that I've really earned them; I don't normally plan a cafe stop on this ride but I made the most of it today.

It's turned out to be a packed day in, hopefully, a really good kind of a way.
