DEXA Scan

At my appointment at the Royal Marsden at the beginning of the month I was referred for a bone density scan.

Today I travelled over to the hospital’s branch in Sutton for the scan. Really quick and easy - probably the easiest scan I’ve ever had (other than an x-ray).

I am to email the registrar to find out the results. This will provide a benchmark for the future as they adjust my medication.
