I met K today for a catch-up.
Little did I know she would turn up with A, someone I hadn't seen for about 20 years (for good reason).
I was at my politest best for K's sake. I wish she had warned me.
Far too much to drink. I'll have to start alternating soft drinks when out with K as I cannot keep up.
