A day off work and decent weather - what was I expected to do? 40 more miles in the legs...

So , I went to a preview screening of 'Mid 90s' (the directorial debut of actor Jonah Hill) the other night and I thought it was really terrific. Big on mood and atmosphere and it felt like a real labour of love. Plus the soundtrack was excellent, and the performances were spot-on, and I really did like it. A lot. And then I read some reviews of it and they weren't quite as keen as I'd been, and there were loads of spoilers as well and, at times they just seemed plain mean-spirited. So, just for the record - Mid 90s, big thumbs up. I'm interested to see what reception it gets in a few weeks when it's released.
