Milton Abbey

Another new place for us today - Milton Abbey. We visited the abbey (very interesting) and walked around the grounds. These now incorporate a school. Then walked down past the lake to Milton Abbas village. Went on the beach at Ringstead in the afternoon to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I led Housegroup. A still suffering with shingles- able to get out and about but very tired and with intermittent pain.
