Frosty fir
Isn't clean cold fresh air fabulous... I do believe (although feeling a tad slow still) that all is returning to normality...
Have had horrendous fibro for three weeks, very dizzy spells to the point of falling over in the street, too much socialising with mother of the year hangover and finally a cold - which according to others who have had it starts with a week of severe vertigo/sea sickness - according to someone at Thursdays drinks they had five of their ten staff off for a week as they were unsafe to drive due to the dizziness. I must admit its been a long time that I have been almost panic attack scared of an illness but this dizziness really did scare me I thought it wAs something far more serious - and as happened to all who have had it as soon as the cold came out the dizziness went immediately. I now feel a true drama queen but it really did scare me - isn't it funny/sad when something REALLY does scare you re your health you bury your head in the sand. At what point should you say actually I'm really scared, this is not right and take ourselves to the drs. I had made a pact with myself that I would phone drs on Monday if no better - but that could be a week too late.
My poor cousin had phoned husband to say I had collapsed in the street - is that not a sign to phone your dr!!! Mental note to be more proactive (at least on this occasion all was good but I am always the first to send everyone else) we are all so British and don't like to make a fuss.
I feel on such a high to feel well.
Today a beautiful piccie of our frosty Christmas tree - taken en route to the wheelie bin - simple pleasures from a crappy chore.
