to see the 12 exquisite drawings that make up the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition. Lucky old Queen to have inherited all 500 of Leonardo's drawings, and seeing the stunning detail in Leonardo's work down to the finest strands of hair, studies of bone, joint and muscle, and even foetuses in the womb, I realised I had too often underestimated drawing as a supreme art form. Certainly drawing leaves an artist no hiding place as to his or her talent  No names, no packdrill.
