The wedding shoot (day 1)
This was just the beginning of a really crazy week. I had been asked to shoot a good friend's second wedding. I shot her first wedding over 30 years ago. Now she wanted me to do it again.
The first wedding was in a city park. The second wedding was in a 5500+ square foot luxury rental house on the beach near Lincoln City, Oregon.
Gas, food, and lodging were all taken care of. A personal chef (friend of the bride) took care of keeping all 3o+ folks fed.
I left Seattle early Tuesday morning, and arrived with all my gear before sunset. Then it was time to turn the home theater into a photo studio, complete with cloth backdrop and light stands.
Everything you see here was packed into the trunk of the car, except for the ladder which rode in the back seat. Fortunately there were lots of helpers to assist in unloading and reloading the car :)
By midnight, the "studio" was finally set up, ready for the next day.
