Porlock Weir

After breakfast on the patio we popped over the border to Somerset today to Porlock and then Porlock Weir for a cafe lunch. After a short walk, we then drove via the toll road to Malmsmead in the Doone valley which was the location for the novel Lorna Doone by R D Blackmore
