Was not feeling well yesterday and busboy got me these lovely flowers and today I am feeling a bit better 

Today I made homemade tomato soup and had it with busboy and y support worker she brought me a chicken sandwich it was all delicious we then done some housework

Had a shot on my bike getting used to riding it now been listening to music and relaxing  having spaghetti carbonate for dinner tonight homemade and watching some TV and doing some colouring in very therapeutic
