Hungry

This little one was sure keeping his mother on the hop trying to satisfy his appetite. And he was only one of them - she had at least one other so she was alternating between them but neither of them was too happy with that!

Yesterday it seemed like a good idea to walk the west bank of the Matakitaki River today. This morning it wasn't looking like such a great idea but off we went anyway. Two and a half hours and 11 kilometres later at least I have a sense of achievement to go with the aching muscles.

I guess the good thing is that we chose to do it on the day that I have a massage booked for this evening. Can't wait, because the longer I sit here the tighter those muscles are getting!
