Waiting Room

Well it’s not often we get good news since Mr P’s initial diagnosis over five years ago but today...
we arrived early for the ultrasound and biopsy appointment.
Then it seemed an age when Mr P went for the procedure but he came back smiling.
The consultant had explained the full procedure to Mr P and outlined what would happen next.
Then after the ultra sound he declared the dodgy lymph node from the last scan had returned to normal so no need for a biopsy.
It doesn’t alter what will be the inevitable outcome but it’s one operation less and we live to fight another day .
