Going nowhere

I went to town today and wallked down by the Shard. I am always fascinated by this train carriage as it doesn’t seem to have any purpose although someone told me it was a restaurant. Don’t think that I would be tempted to book. Came home to find a few tubs of tulips had flopped over through lack of water. All standing upright now. Can’t believe that I am having to water in March but we’ve had no serious rain for ages.
