Jute, Jam and Journalism.

A morning spent exploring Dundee, before we set off home.

Dundee is famous, of course, for Jute, Jam and Journalism. In a square near to the waterfront there is a quirky group of statues commemorating Desperate Dan, Minnie the Minx and Gnasher, the pet dog of Dennis the Menace, some of the favourite characters in the comics Dandy and Beano which were published in Dundee.
