Tachikawa

Tachikawa is where I change from the train to the monorail on my way from the AirBnb to the Institute. It's funny to start to become familiar with some small area of a far-flung place. Today I gave my talk to the clear satisfaction of a few people, and then I collected my expenses. I also met up with the guys I did consultancy for two years ago, and will see them again tomorrow. Although the other talks were uninteresting, there was a very good lunch and dinner.
