Friluftsliv

Friluftsliv - Norwegian word, translates literally to free air life and captures the Norwegian cultural enchantment with a life outdoors.

A fab day of living friluftsliv with a beautiful kayak on the River Nid, starting out in the countryside then through old town Trondheim before finishing out on the harbour. After lunch we finally set sail on the open seas with dramatic views. Our evening lecture was a Norwegian lesson and the Norwegian outdoor life. I now know the Norwegian mountain code should I need it!
