Into the light!

The Bus Pass Walkers ventured out in sunshine today, catching two buses and then walking along the Spen Valley Greenway (lovely to meet up with fellow blipper ValC and Mr C again). This is an art trail on an old disused Railway. There are metal sculptures along the way, but I liked this photo of the tunnel, a bit alien-like as the people walking through it disappeared into the light at the end. Other features of the walk in extras. A sign at the end of the tunnel reads “Farmers sowing, young lambs grazing, cattle lowing, low mist hazing, runners jogging, doggies sniffing, lovers snogging” !! A pleasant walk, ending of course in a cafe.
