Duff heater

I’ve been asked by the local church warden to look at an electrical job in the church.
Turned out to be about five jobs including a new consumer unit, about 8 sockets12 lamps to replace, at least three faulty light fittings and some heaters like this with blown elements.
Oh and the folding steps to go over the pews to change the lamps and the heater elements have been condemned.
All told about two weeks work and no pay....
How do I turn the job down?
