Taking a Break

I'm slowly getting back on UK time now, only waking up after 7am which is good, and I didn't cough as much this morning so hopefully that's coming to an end now as it's been over a week.  

As today is my late shift at work, I'd normally go to the gym but I decided to leave it until I've completely stopped coughing, and instead took the boys for a long walk.  As we walked down towards the coast road, I saw a lady walking to little dogs and we stopped to chat - they're cross Shih Tzu/Chihuahua's called Button and Ted and Bobbie and Milou seemed to like them.  Button and Ted were on their way to be groomed, so we walked down with Bridgette (their owner) and I asked if she'd mind if I took a photo of the four of them together, of course she didn't, and we've ended up saying that we'll meet up for a doggy walk at some point.  I've added the photo of the four of them to my extras.

Anyway, we carried on to the cliffs and the boys were quite happy to have a rest on the bench while I took some photos of them before heading home.   Then it was a quick turnaround for me to have lunch and get ready for work.

Work's been busy as usual and I'm just finishing up for the day and Alan's here to pick me up so I'll say bye for now.
