No idea what it officially means..............I spied it on the back window of the car, I had parked next to, when I went to Splash.

Stance. Turtle.....

Nope. 

There was NO stance turtle in the pool.  For some or other reason, the water level, was extremely low.  I was not channeling a turtle, I was trying hard to avoid, grazing my knees, when we went.....  TO LEVEL 3.
