I work in a inner city elementary school in the One of the roughest neighbourhoods. I work with kids ranging from 5 to 15 as a behaviour analyst assistant. I deal with the highest at risk kids in the school. Be never felt so fulfilled by my work. I’ve seen and dealt with extreme behaviours. I treat every second as a new second. I cherish the time of laughter and fun. I don’t think these children have a lot of it.
