Pebbles???

Another gorgeous day on the beautiful English Riviera.

Todays Mono Monday challenge is 'object', hmm tricky.

These three large 'pebbles' appeared on Torquay's seafront about 3 or 4 years ago but I have yet to find the OBJECTive behind the placing of these OBJECTS.
