Cat Crag

Mr P went off to climb Seat Sandal (736m) with friends C&S  who had stayed on after the orienteering. I am not yet up to such lofty expeditions so decided to explore a bit of open access land above Winster and meandered my way up to Cat Crag (186m) instead. I had the area to myself other than a very surprised herd of deer. Jettisoned the crutch in favour of a walking pole and the hip seems to have survived. 
Postscript, actually hip was sore. Physio suggests practicing walking on the flat with poles before attempting any more crags without a crutch.
