The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner

It seemed a bit dark for someone to be running along country roads, but some people are just too keen. I know that because it's Mrs C, who had dropped her car off at the local garage and decided to run part way home with me meeting her to take her up the hill. She has her 2nd official run coming up and is getting in the Kms as much as she can. She doesn't think she'll do this run again in the dark through with just a head torch, there was some car following her for 5 mins... oh that was me.
