Another day, another bike ride

It was my job to come up with a fairly 'flat' bike ride. Bert has the habit of adding too many hills to the route.
So, we went to Hombourg and then followed an old railway line that runs from Plombiere to Liège. Somewhere along the way, we left the track heading north. All very flat.
It was bad weather. We have had hail and showers. The wind came at a speed of wind force 4, from the north.

During lunch, we sat at a gas station picnic area on the motorway. We had bought a coffee to go. Bert said with satisfaction that it looked very much like a holiday. The coffee to go at a busy motorway did indeed remind us of our cycling holidays, but I can still hope that the weather will be better in July.
