Trip to Ullswater...

...to take a look, in the rain, at Aira Force which is amazing. I was rather proud of myself for managing to walk right to the top and down the other side in quite slippery conditions and wearing my pink heart wellies instead of walking boots. The last time I tackled a minor slope in the Lake District I managed to break my leg in two places, and it's still not right a year and a half later..

An afternoon appointment to deliver some camera equipment to a well-known lakeland blipper, much too short as she was having a very busy day, then chilling in wonderful surroundings before driving home in the morning. A very good day.
