Hoarding

The guy who owns the lot shown here is someone I know.  The place where he works is tearing down one of it's old storage buildings and he has been unable to resist the temptation of free stuff.
Even if the stuff will end up as a pile of rust in his back lot.
Or ... he'll sell the entire lot for lots of money, but not enough to justify that amount of time and effort he has to put into it.
