Smokin'

It was Maple Sugar weekend in NH the past couple of days. It's the weekend when all the local sugar houses sell their syrup and have open houses with free samples and maple goodies. I visited two sugar houses in 2 days since I forgot to pick up some syrup for my niece in North Carolina on the first go round.  Today I went to a new one very near my house and this guy was an add-on with a BBQ pit set up selling some of his special goodies.  Brought home some ribs that were well liked.  In extra is the maple boiling pan and the Cody, the owner of the sugar house.
