Morning stroll

I was very pleased this morning that my husband has made a quick recovery from a bug/cold.  He has been in bed for the past 2 days and was eager to go out this morning for a short walk.  It was a beautiful morning and we headed to the River Otter where it was high tide.  The sun came out lighting up the banks and trees along the riverside as I watched.  We spotted a small warbler, see extra which may be a Cetti's warbler as we definitely heard one and saw it fly over to the area where the photo in extras was taken.  We were talking to a member of Devon Birds when we saw and heard it and he was well pleased.

The rest of the day has been spent deciding what clothes to take and pack for our short trip to Valencia on Tuesday and tidying up on the allotment.  So nice to have a very sunny day.
