Day 1

Of the healing course. Lots of information to process. Then in the afternoon practising crystal healing with the other participant of the course. Amazing day feeling very lucky to be doing this course. Its hard at times but feels so right. Totally wiped tonight so bed early ready for more learning and practicing tomorrow!!
