Thierry and his Kids

Our friends Thierry and Aude came for lunch today with their children Ella (4) and Marin (17 months).  (We last saw them in January; Ella as an infant is here.)  Marin was a bit sick and still waking up from the car ride. Main dish at lunch was a generous blanquette de veau (a creamy veal stew) which Marylee had mostly prepared the day before. A good stroll in the neighborhood followed the meal.  

Marylee has known Thierry since she rented a flat from him at the beginning of her 19-month stay in Paris in 1991-92.
