Ice Dam Trouble

The winter was horrid, the snow was deep, and the ice dams were plentiful.  Unfortunately many of the condos in our area suffered ice dam damage. Ours was not as bad as some, but we do have a big hole in our wall and a fan that is NOISY! This is one of the piles of things that had to be moved. Pics of the damage in extras. Looks like we will be getting new paint at some point.  Ugh.
