bike ride

Emily is training for her first triathlon and I made the mistake of accompanying her on her training ride.

I would actually have been fine but she was on the road bike and I was on the mountain bike. But I had a good workout and it was nice to be out on the bike again - first time since last October.

Positively spring like weather helped.
