Seeing Red

Film - Us....strong visuals, smart and nice touches of humour, but became a little too ‘out there’ to maintain the tension I’d want from a horror movie. ( Mrs d would disagree about the fright factor!)

Couple of other films seen recently:
Dogman...favourite film of the year to date. Real bite in this character study of a mild mannered groomer pushed to the edge. Garrone ( Gomorrah director) really knows how to convey the bleak lives of those living on the margins of Italian society.

The Wife....Glenn Close is excellent, but found narrative rather leaden and predictable.
