Humbug!

No wife to put anything her eye takes a fancy to into the trolley today.

Had a list. Stuck to it. Didn't waver from my mission. Ignored all the daft "Buy-a-load-of-what-you-don't-need-and get a shed-load-free-even-if-it-will-go-off-or-be-chucked-out-anyway" offers.

just some veg. and one or two bits of whose leftovers can be tubbed-up and taken to work for lunches or other meals can be made out of.

Oh and I see Tesco's is planning an austere "Bah Humbug" Christmas. Their stores seem to have sprouted Grinch-coloured party hats
