Aruncus Dioicus

A quiet day away from the hussle and bustle of Christmas shoppers in town. Instead, we just went to the Botanical Gardens for some arts and crafts for the kids. We love our children dearly but to be brutally honest, their heart wasn't totally in it. So it would have required quite a bit of pseudo-arty-babble words from me if I was to choose & justify them for today's Blip.

Instead here's a grass picture. OK, it caught the late afternoon light rather well, which gave it a real sparkly look. It also seemed an interesting technical exercise to pick out a specimen for the foreground.
