Early Morning Sunshine.....!!

I was jolted awake about 6.30 yesterday morning with the tinnitus ‘roaring’ in my ear..couldn’t rest so got up made tea and sat knitting to distract myself..it took several hours to settle and then I had it very often all day...it is totally wearing and very tiring...would also make you want to bang your head off the wall....! Probably wouldn’t work!!!!
Have it again today but just busying myself and trying to ignore it....
Took an early morning walk around the garden with tea and Mel...it was lovely to drink the first cup of tea outside in the sun for this year but there was as we say ‘a skinny breeze’...cool...
I thought the new leaves on my Acer looked nice...!
