In a link between two Portobellos a former Portobello Edinburgh resident is cycling to Portobello London to raise funds for and awareness of Motor Neurone Disease. Here is Donny McIntyre, who has been organising the event, Portobello Edinburgh councillor Maureen Child, cyclist Gordon Barclay, London resident Clarrie Mendy, who lost two family members in the Grenfell Tower fire and has now been diagnosed with MND, and Portobello London councillor, Ian Henderson (who grew up in the other Portobello and helped make the connections).
