Morning Moon

Here's the moon at 5:45 this morning. The whole scene looks a little like Halloween.
Friday is garbage day; while we can put out paper, glass, and yard debris any week we have enough, we only have our actual garbage picked up once a month - and today was one of those days. Once, when we used to put out garbage the night before (the garbage trucks start coming around at 6 am), someone tipped over our can and made an unholy mess in the street, so now we wait until the morning of, before putting the cans out on the curb. It gives our lives a little drama to wake up Friday morning and rush to get the cans out before the trucks come around.
(They're not really cans, but big wheeled plastic bins.)
