Never confuse a territory with its capital

I formulated that principle first when I visited Vienna but it applies to so many countries and smaller territories. It's not judgmental, just an observation. I live in Cambridge which is the county town of Cambridgeshire. It's dominated by the university and its associated high tech economy. You don't have to go far to find your self in a different world, classic villages, agriculture and good country pubs. We were visiting the Black Horse.
