Windy (Day 1417)

Strong winds have been blowing all night, and although it was dry for the morning woofer wander, it felt cold as I was blown up the hill.
A staffing problem meant that my beautiful wife was a little later home from her overnight shift than anticipated. Once she was home we caught up over coffee before lunch and very windy walk with the dogs at Lyde.
With the wind easing slightly, we made our way across to Stromness, collected Evie the Wonderdog, and took the horses for a ride along the shore. See despite the really strong wind, Billy behaved much better than he has recently and I enjoyed getting out.
We are heading back to Stromness shortly to have dinner with Dad.
