Loved going to switch Eve’s much loved new reading light off and finding that she’d been reading a book I loved reading at a similar age.

Gratefuls:

1. An unexpected night out with Ant - a party was cancelled due to illness but Ju was babysitting.... so we used our free cinema tickets. Funny how that was once very pedestrian but now feels like the height of excitement. It was good to get out for a change of scenery;
2. Zeke being forgiving of my “slow toe” as he called it!
3. Stair gates being installed so that we can relax a bit with our speedy baby.
