Possibly….
……………….Wolf’s Milk
On a bush walk this morning I discovered this cluster of tiny ‘fungi’ an a rotting tree stump.
To identify it I have spent time searching on the internet this evening and I think these are possibly the fruiting bodies of plasmoidal slime mold Lycogala epidendrum, commonly known as Wolf's Milk or Toothpaste Slime. Can anyone confirm this?
Thank you so much for the lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s white flower. Today, the Mosques in Christchurch, NZ were reopened for the first time after the March 15 massacre.
