Extremes

This was the scene when we went out for breakfast this morning at our favourite breakie joint.
The extra was at 4.00 pm this arvo as the band belted out bass which The Boss measured on our balcony peaking at 97.1 Db.... (Photo from our balcony)
But that was on the outside of the door. It was way better inside with the door shut.
The event was a "Homegrown" concert which covered almost the entire Wellington waterfront with 3 bands and a LOT of people.
Following the week we have had, it was a welcome (if noisy) event on a perfect Wellington day.
We (The Boss and me) walked into town and had afternoon Zero and scone in Midland Park which is in the middle of the retail area and a great place to sit and watch the passing parade.
