Optimism...

Miss L, Jim and I went for a lovely long walk round Dinton Pastures this afternoon.
It was very wet under foot, but the rain kept off until we were driving home.

These little yellow boots had been left by the entrance to the park, a symbol of optimism, and my personal tribute to the community of Newtown, Connecticut.
