A work in progress

Here, as promised J, is my current project. I don't have any suitable space to lay out the quilt top and take a decent photo, unless I hang from the light!

So out to the garden I went, quilt clinging to the wadding, and pegged it to the clothes line. I still need to add the coloured border, layer up the quilt and then decide how to quilt .... machine, hand or a bit of both. I much prefer hand quilting but I will take advice from Paula, my class tutor. I've really enjoyed making those hexagon blocks ..... I may well make more!
