Last time we were down here there was a running  event on, and there were loads of closed roads!
Extra shows Roy at the Black Down trig point - he's decided to visit the highest point in all 13 National Parks in England and Wales on his 70th Birthday Tour. This is the highest point in the South Downs National Park at a whole 280 metres :)
Onward now to Shoreham...
