Focus

It's been an odd week - an unbelievably sad week.  Every newsreel is covering more of the horror from last Friday.  Interestingly, I've noticed that none of the commentators are speaking the gunman's name.....just referring to him as 'the gunman', the murderer' or 'the accused'.  I like that - don't let his acts give him any personal kudos.  So many sad stories, so many lives lost - and so many stories of an uprising of love that will defeat any evil.  It's a sad time - a humbling time; it feels like a social and political corner is about to be turned bringing humanity from all walks closer together and separating the masses ever more from the evil, egotistical individuals who perpetuate such hatred.  Focus on the good, not the bad, focus on the commonalities not the differences, focus on the love, not the hate.  Yes - there's an uprising in the air........can you feel it?
