Taste and balance

I still haven't quite got this down to an art yet. A weekend with the boys away. I went to a great party last night, (Thanks so much Nina and Matt) had a lie in this morning and then a long walk in the glorious sunshine. Boy I was hungry. In the end I gave myself an early Christmas present of a very fine lunch at Ca'n BoQueta. I had the full tasting menu, with some lovely wine. So what do you do whilst eating on your own and really not wanting to listen to other peoples conversations? Well, I wrote a little (hoping they didn't think I was some sort of critic) and savoured every mouthfull. I am now totally relaxed, not quite full (perfect!) ready for a quiet evening infront of the fire. I think that's a pretty good attempt. I hope you don't think I'm sounding smug. It may sound like a perfect weekend, but I miss my boys too much when they aren't here.
