Early start to have a catch up with CM and SMc after the budget meeting yesterday that I couldn't be at. Busy morning in a series of meetings afterwards, including a good supervision with J - I think we've had a breakthrough about her main findings and message so that's great.
Shortlisting in the afternoon...a long session but I hope the right decisions. We'll see!
Phone calls to yesterday's candidates then over to meet L&T at the City Cafe for fish and chips ( probably a mistake - feel very bloated this week and definitely putting on weight) before the opera. Fantastic set and staging, great voices especially Katya, and the usual bleak storyline with a dead lovesick woman at the end...
Home to wait for T&Kt arriving after a long drive.
